The roses are beautiful, are they real?

YES! These roses are handpicked and preserved at the height of their bloom.

How fragile are they?

These roses have gone through a complete preservation process including three layers of metals. Be aware though, they are still fragile and if dropped they can chip, break, or the bud will fall off.

How soon will my purchase be shipped?

Within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

What if I don’t like the purchase?

We’re very sorry you feel this way, however, call us first and we’ll give you a RMD number. This is a Return Merchandise Number from UPS. Use this number on your label so we will pay for the shipping and return the item in the original box and a full credit will be issued.
